What about COVID-19?

The BOLD Conference will comply with then-current San Diego health and safety guidelines, and will go beyond those guidelines to help ensure the safety and wellbeing of our attendees.

Masking will be required indoors for all attendees.

Masking will be required indoors and outdoors for all unvaccinated attendees.

A reusable mask will be provided to all attendees at check-in, and additional single-use masks will be available upon request.

Temperatures will be taken with a touchless forehead thermometer at check-in, and those with a temperature of 100.4 or above will not be allowed inside the event.

At check-in, attendees will sign attestations of no known COVID exposure prior to the event. Please review the attestation before arriving at the conference.

All Mindbody staff attending will be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

The BOLD Conference check-in experience will be hands-free.

Hand sanitizer will be available throughout the venue.

Health and safety guidelines will be posted throughout the venue.

We are providing more space between attendees whenever possible: more aisles between chairs, more use of outdoor spaces, and we reduced capacity—hosting less attendees overall. (BOLD may be smaller this year, but it’s as mighty as ever!)

Attendees should come at their own risk.
